Mini fridge at values

Thought I read somewhere that those small fridges would come standard with the room but I can't seem to find it again.

there's a charge for mini fridges at value resorts. I think it's $10 a day. They are included in Moderate and Deluxe hotels though.

Yes there were posts that people thought that values were going to put in fridges, but nothing was substantiated and as of right now you still have to rent them at $10.60 per night.

Last time at POP there was a fridge in our room when we checked in. Thought nothing about it. When checked out we were charged for the fridge. Since it was not requested the charges were reversed.

Nothing has come of the rumors of them being added for free, but it wouldn't surprise me if it does happen at some point. It seems like very few people pay for the rental and I'm sure the many swaps are a big old headache for bell services.

We arrive at Pop Century for a family trip on January 2nd. All ten of us. I have told my group "no refrigerators".

I have also told my group that MAYBE it would happen but I also said to not count on it.

Did the same thing with the wifi stuff.
