My question is not necessarily in relation to a wedding but i got such great help when I planned our disney wedding that I'm sure you pretty ladies will help me out! Next year will be our 4th anniversary since our disney wedding (I honestly can't believe how quick it's gone) and I was wanting to do a mini dessert party at Epcot to kind of replicate our original one.

I have seen lurkyloo do one at uk pubside so I presume this is still an option It would just be me an dh so it poses the question of how much can we truly eat between us? I thought that perhaps we could mix it up and throw in some savoury items and see it as our dinner and dessert for the evening.Wondered without adding extra staff/cooking etc what options there were for savoury stuff?

Also we wanted to have our sparkling wine from the wedding, can we include this in the f &b minimum, and could we have two bottles and not have the second one opened and then if we haven't had it would we be able to take it away?

At our original party we had cute little takeaway boxes for our guests and we were told that we weren't allowed to take food away but as we had started that they would let us do it. Are they still as strict or is still varied from party to party?

The food and beverage minimum at UK Pubside is only $230, so if you include a cake and that sparkling wine, you'll reach it easily. However, I would tell them you are expecting 10 people when you first call or they won't even talk to you these days.

We're planning a party right now and so far they haven't sent us anything besides the standard Epcot menu, with no mention of what requires a tented cooking station and what can be done by Rose & Crown or easily with desserts. I can update you after our menu tasting! :thumbsup2

Yes!

This is still Disney policy due to health regulations, but people's ability to take leftovers varies. I've never been stopped at any of the parties I went to.

Carrie: Can you please post the link to your Dessert Party that you had with just your DH & you? I thought I recalled you having a private dinner before cake?

Would love to hear after your menu tasting thank you!

Looks like 8 of our guests will mysteriously cancel on us at the last minute then!
