MINI COOPER ... Any Owners?

I'm thinking about buying a Mini Cooper...I'm wondering if anyone has any feedback on them. I'm concerned that a car that's so hard to buy new is rather easily found pre-owned...

If I were you I'd go check out Car and Driver, Road and Track, or Automobile magazine... they profile them a lot. From everything I've heard they're a great car, especially the Cooper S. Keep in mind that they're made by BMW... can't really go wrong there.

I absolutely love Mini Coopers. I keep their magazine ads. I might treat myself to a gently used one when I graduate college in 2 years. Gifts also graciously accepted.

No but I am looking into buying one right now. I bought the P.T. Cruiser and now I want the Cooper. I have heard ( I dont know if this is true yet ) that it is hard to find a place to get service . Maybe that is just up here in Dallas. You have to be certified by BMW to do it.
I had a client that said she loved hers but that it was smaller then she thought she would be able to live with so she was selling it .
