Mine Train - Do you think they might not FP it?

Given the anticipated popularity of the ride, I'm wondering if they might decide not to FP it for the first 6-12 months, in order to allow everyone the opportunity to ride it while it is the new "hot" attraction (even if that opportunity requires 180 minutes in a standby line). Am I off my rocker?

Given the major interest in this ride they are absolutely going to milk it for FP+. Nothing makes a thing more desired than to make it hard to obtain.

and conveniently I've booked a couple of FP+ that I intend to change over to the Mine Train (for our mid May trip) when they open up FP for it.

People have said that disney might tier MK once the mine train opens and gets FP+. There is no way they would open an e ticket attraction and not have of for it.

I have a feeling your're right. Just hoping that my FP window opens before the 7DMT FP's become available.


Of course it would be cool if they didn't FP it .... the rest of the park would have short waits while tens of thousands stormed NFL to get near the queue
