Does anyone know if group mindfulness / meditation classes are among the daily activities on the Navigator? And, if so, are any of these specifically aimed at families?

I'll be travelling on the Disney Fantasy in February 2016 with my wife and 17-year-old and 13-year-old sons. I'd be thrilled to be able to introduce them to the practice in such a great environment.

Thank you!

I haven't done this on DCL before, but I'd like to if it's available. It seems right that this would be offered through Senses Spa. I'll look further into this and hope for the best. Thank you.

I just cruised on the Magic and there was nothing like this offered via the Navigator. You might call & ask if they have something like it offered at their spa.

I was on the Magic over the summer and they had yoga and fitness classes, but no meditation classes. Classes are also age restricted because they are held in the fitness center. Steiner runs DCL"s spa and fitness center, so I don't know how much control DCL has in terms of programming.

The closest thing I've seen is yoga next to the pool in the early morning on the Fantasy. I enjoy that quite a bit. I also do my own sun sals and tai chi early in the morning up in Serenity Falls. Your sons couldn't join you but it would be a nice time for you and your wife. When we were heading into Cozumel somebody up there spotted a pack of dolphins that escorted the ship into port, it was so cool and a great start to the day. Enjoy your cruise, the Fantasy is an amazing ship.

I haven't seen that, but I've done yoga with DCL before. That might be a start. Hmm, except that it was on Serenity Beach, which your kids can't go on. Drat.
