Min & Bill pretzels on DDP?

I'm hoping to try these pretzels this trip and was wondering if they are included on the dining plan? Are the design your own rice krispie treats at Downtown Disney included?

Yes, the pretzels at Min & Bill's were included for snack credits when we were there in late September.

They were just "ok"...
