Min. Age to reserve room?

Does anyone know what the minimum age is to reserve a resort room? Is it 18 or 21?

18 - WDW is only place I know with such a low age.

My friends daughter wanted to go with some friends next year when they graduated but we were thinking the age was 21.
They will be very happy to know that it's 18.
