Min. age on deed?

Hello all,
We are certainly not new to Disney,We are getting very intersested in DVC.
My first question is there a minimum age for putting kids on your deed?

They have to be adults. So I would guess 18.

It is 18. There are other implications such as if that person has financial issues in the future or for college or other financial qualifications.

Hi: If the kids are on the deed, they will be financially responsible. You can add them as associates so they may make/alter reservations themselves.
