How many times a day do they have Who Wants to be a Millionaire? I will be there in June. Is this something that I need to run to in the morning for a fast pass?
There are generally 8 shows a day in the off-season and 10 shows during the busy times. The shows get started at 10:30 to 11:30 am depending on the time of year. Fastpasses really aren't necessary, but don't hurt. A Fastpass for WWTBAM is usually good for the next show, which are about an hour apart. The best shows to attend are of course, the early ones before lunch, and the shows during and right after the parade. Good luck!
I'll be trying for my second appearance in the hotseat in about 2 days!!
I have missed this everytime we have been there. There has always been someone in our group that did not want to do it. Is it really good? Should I take the hour out and just go by myself next trip? What is it like?
I went to this show only one time. I just so happen to pass when the people were going in so I went. It was not during a busy time of year. It is almost just like the show on TV. We had a great time. If it was up to me, I'd do this all day. If you have ever watched the show then I think it is a must do. I messed up in the fast finger thing because I pressed my buttons before I was supposed to. I would definitely do this by myself if I had to, but it is so much fun with a group.
You have to try it! It is a blast! This is one of our favorite things to do. We usually go to 2 - 4 per day and will even make a special trip to the park to try again. Oldest son has been in the hot seat and my other son and I are usually in the top 5 each day (I purposesly start to lose when I get too close to the top - The seat is too hot for me!) Go and enjoy! During June we usually get a fast pass for the afternoon shows because it can get busy and I don't want to wait in line only to find out that they ran out of room.
questoins up to the second safety are disney related. The first questions are usually about the parks, then movies, then it starts to become more general.
It's VERY addictive! I think I could do it all day, but the most I've been is three times in a row.
I don't remember many questions being Disney related. It's very much like the real show except youphone a complete stranger on the street outside the set instead of a friend.
The questions are completely random, except there is always one Disney related question before the first plateau at 1,000 points. It is usually a very easy question.
During the first year of the show back in 2001, they would ask a Disney related, and even a WDW related question for the first 3 levels, but I think too many people were having trouble with them.
I wish! Give me 15 Disney related questions and I think the odds are good we'd be cruisin'!
