If you are waiting on a redemption or considering redeeming it might be worth your time to read the notice they posted on 04/18. Basically, what they have to say is that sponsor checks are late so redemptions are late and this is a common situation with online companies. It also mentions that they have some behind the scene things going on. I've really paraphrased their notice so for more info you might want to pop over and read it.

I'm not trying to start and gossip or rumors, I just thought in case somebody might be wondering where there redemption was and hadn't checked the site in the past two days there is some information available.
