We are staying at ASMo and will be renting a fridge..what do you do about milk cartons! I will prob need AT LEAST a gallon for my weeks stay...what fits better a gallon jug or two half gallons!?!?

We rented a frig @ ASSp last year and a gallon of milk would not have fit in it; 2-1/2 gallons would be better

I think the rental fridges are like dorm fridges so two half gallons would fit better than one gallon.

Definitely you will need the 1/2 gallons. Also, just an FYI, the milk in the gift shop is cheaper than in the food court, should you need to buy any more. :thumbsup2

Ditto the half gallons. We had a gallon on the kids' first trip. Luckily we had some smaller containers to pour it in and stick in the fridge. It fit as a gallon, but the fridge kept popping open.

I know it costs a couple of dollars more, but when we travel I like the kind of milk that has the longer shelf life, like Parmalat. It's in nice quart sizes, but that way, you can keep maybe a couple chilled, and add more into the fridge as you need. We've also bought those little milk "juice boxes" in Orlando at Publix, and they were really inexpensive at the time. They come in plain and chocolate.

We mostly do soy milk, but for regular milk, the Parmalat kind stays nice and fresh when we're in a hotel room.
