Milk/Cream in your scrambled eggs?

Yes we grew yup with fluffy eggs. I never knew another way. We wisk the eggs in a bowl with milk. My wife and her family love them flat and chopped up. They crack the eggs straight in the pan and chop them with the spatula. They cringe at the idea of milk in their eggs.

Former chef here :) I've just made scrambled eggs, its my usual Saturday lunch.

2 eggs
splash of milk
bit of paprika
1/4 tomato diced
some raw spinach leaves, torn up

I make it in the microwave, cook for 1 minute, then stir, then cook for 30 seconds, then stir, then cook for 15 seconds and stir. Always light and fluffy.

I serve it on Irish brown wholemeal bread, spread with salted Kerrygold butter.

I make the Gordon Ramsay version so I use creme fraiche. Can't believe how good his version is.

I grew up making them that way--with milk in them. Then I realized that I like it better without. So I just scramble as they are.
