Do the restaurants in Disney (both CS and table, and food court too I guess) serve whole milk if you request it? I am traveling with my infant and he is supposed to have whole milk still. I really need to know this answer so please help!

I don't know the answer but if you are worried - try talking to your pediatrician. Unless there is a medical concern - USUALLY doctors will tell you that even though kids that age are still 'supposed' to have whole, that a week-long (about) vacation having something other than the whole milk is not going to negatively affect them as long as they don't switch over to skim or whatever permanently.

So ask your doctor so you aren't worried on your trip!

I agree with the PP. I found that whole milk was usually available at CS places, and I bought whole milk to keep in our hotel room fridge. When we ate at TS places, I didn't worry about what type of milk DS was getting. He was having whole milk most of the time, so a few servings of low fat wasn't going to be a problem (and he is a very skinny baby).

I found it everywhere for my 1 year old. Never had a problem. If you have a room fridge, get a few chugs at your hotel. If you don't have a fridge, most Disney hotels will put one in your room at no charge. Tell them it is for your baby.
Worst come, you can always have milk delivered with whatever else you need from an online grocer. We ordered all the toddler supplies, diapers, baby food, yogurt, cereal, etc with a case of water. We have used garden grocer.com, they deliver in the morning. Bell services kept everything cold until we checked in after 4pm. Much better then trying to pack diapers, etc and keep the suitcases under the airline weight limit. I even had the "snack pack" sent to our room from the Disney Florist (.com) which includes a cute little insulated padded cooler for formula/milk. Our youngest was 2 months at the time. Garden grocer was a huge help then (2007).
Hope this helps.

Wouldn't an infant still be on formula or breastmilk? I've travelled with toddlers and preschoolers several times and never had a problem finding whole milk for them. And you can't find whole milk, certainly a week of 2% won't cause any life-long problems.

I appreciate the answers you all have given. My child is just at one year old and he just came off the formula within the last week. I think most "infants" come off formula at 1 year unless their mothers are still feeding or choose otherwise. I will definitely look into those services. Thanks!

All of the restaurants and resort food courts that we went to had whole milk available

Whole milk is available at the Food Courts and Gift Shops of all the resorts. Note that milk at the Gifts Shop is cheaper than the food court (when comparing the same size)

they had it at the TS restaurants b/c my son only lilkes whole milk...he wouldn't drink 2% or skim.

Ok, I was confused. You said you were travelling with an infant - which is a child under a year of age. You should have no trouble finding whole milk for your toddler.
