Milk and Cookies??????

Hello all!!
We will be going to Disney in April and are thinking of spending a few nights at Universal.
I am a little confused..
What is Loews????
Where do I get the COOKIES???

We are 5 so I would like to stay somewhere nice but not to $$$$$

All three universal resorts are loews hotels. Loews is the parent company. In order to get milk and cookies, you must sign up (free) to be a loews member. This can be done through their website www.loewshotels.com, just click on the loews first button. Check the universal resorts boards for discounts on universal resorts. Not sure how much would still be available for April. There is ent rate, fan club rate, AAA rate, quikbook.com.
