Military tickets

friend of mine is going this fall. They stay offsite and get military discount tickets. Can they still link it to app and pick fast passes 30 days out.
They said they remeber last time they had to activate military tix at the park.
Last time they went and used these tix there was no magic bands.

I'm wondering if can just order there own bands and link tix now and still be able to pick rides 30 days out. Thanks for any help

Yes you can link them and book in advance

But they still have to activate them at guest services at the parks before entry.
We're leaving next week and are using them. Fast passes are made.

Yep. The numbers on their inactivated tickets can be used on the MDE app and site to link to their trip/make FP+selections. Super easy.
