Military tickets before you go to book fast passes

What are options to get Military Discount tickets before you go? My friend is retired military and not close to a base. They are doing a last minute spring break trip in two weeks and would like to book fast passes.

With two weeks time there is nothing that can be done. Ordering from a base will take more than two weeks. They are going to have to either buy full price tickets (if they want to make fp reservations) or wait until they get there and buy their salute tickets then.
