Military Ticket Question

I've read how many tickets the military can buy (the $138/ea. tickets) but then in reading a post here it seemed like people were buying more than I thought we could.

In October we bought 4 tickets and used them for our November trip. Because it's a new year can we buy 2 more for a trip in June?

How many tickets can we buy? Is that per person (hubby can buy some, i can buy some?)

The total military tickets that could be bought from October 2010 to September 2012 would be 12 but only 6 can be activated a week. That means if you only bought 4 in October and have not used the other 8 tickets than yes you could purchase 2 to use in June.

I don't remember reading we could get a total of 12 tickets. Since we've only used 4 and I'll be using 2 more in June I'll have to talk hubby into using more before the expiration date of September!! hahahahaha
