Military Salute Tickets-- Any Base Have Them Yet?

Our ITT office doesn't have the 2018 military salute tickets in yet. We arrive at Disney March 10th, so to make our FP reservations, I need the tickets ASAP. Anyone know when they're coming or if it's easier to order them from Shades of Green?

Order from Shades. They can ship them and I believe they now come already activated of ordered from Shades.

Do they ship the tickets? Or will they share the ticket information with you so you can plan fast passes and then pick up tickets when you arrive?

I am hoping your original question is answered. Are they available at any military facilities. I don't know the real name. Bases, I guess. I am asking about Army bases.

They are usually available at all bases/posts. 2018 tickets should have been to all bases long before now; but they do run out.

Will they share the ticket information with you before you get to the resort? So you can make FP reservations?

They ship them by FedX, so you should have them in less than a week after they receive your order.

We ordered them by getting a form from them, filling it out, and emailing it back to them.
They call within 2 business days to confirm payment and make sure they have all the info they need
They fedex the tickets to you for a $10 FedEx fee.
Our tickets came about a week later.
The tickets are activated and are able to be loaded to MDE immediately.

Our base doesn't have them yet. We get them every year; they don't have to be activated to load into My Disney Experience. Does anyone in the Philly-NY-Washington-Baltimore area know of a base or post that has the tickets already? Ours is a big base(JBMDL) and I'm really surprised they're not on the ball with this.

My DD is in the Army - active duty & stationed overseas. Is there a way for me to buy the ticket now and use it for FP+ planning? She could activate it with ID when she arrives at WDW.

Yes, we do it every year.

only the service member or the spouse can purchase the tickets - they are connected to the DOD Nmber

I cant believe we're the only people on the DIS boards having trouble getting their tickets. There must be SOME place that has them, besides Shades of Green. The people at our ITT office are going to hate me! Not that I'm not grateful for them however we get them, but I'm worried about getting fast passes for the biggies, mostly FoP.

If she has access to a computer and fax or scanner, she could probably contact SoG, order them, and have them sent to you. That way you could do the FP+ planning.
