Military Discount at DL/DCA?

I have heard that there are some AAA discounts in Dl but does anyone know if they do military discounts inthe park anywhere? I am probably going to get a AAA membership before we leave to drive down, but just in case we didn't wondered if my ilitary ID would get me any benefits...thanks

I've never heard of any. However, you can buy park hoppers at a discount. But you need to do it at a base activity office not at the park.

I called the MWR here and the tix for DL were actually about $3 more than buying them from Ares travel.

I don't know of any other military discounts at DL and I've nosed around a bit.

I use my military discount @ disneyland hotel and I did get my tickeks at the hotel so not sure if I did get my discounts on my tickets yes you do get a discount but you have to ask for them and yes I have been asked for my ID

The following tickets are available to Military personnel and dependants through
January 2, 2007:

Restrictions: Only available through the MWR office of Southern California Military installations, not available at the Disneyland® Resort. Active member and spouse cannot both buy these tickets.

I don't live near a military base that carries Disneyland® Resort tickets, what do I do?

I was just there over Christmas and I bought my tickets from ITT at Camp Pendleton. For a small fee they sent my tickets to my parents house in So. Cal via FedEx 2-3 day delivery. They do this quit a bit it's no problem. A 2 day park hopper was $85, you can't beat that price anywhere.

Doesn't suprise me that the military no longer gets the best discounts but I guess something is better thatn nothing.

thanks for the input...I am going to buy my tickets on base here because you don't get a discount if you buy them at the hotel or on property and the pay kids price is only $1.00 difference and I would prefer to have my tickets in hand for that extra $1.00....
