Good morning!
I have the Military Annual Pass that allows year-round entry but does not come with any of the perks (discounts, parking, etc.). However, I can't find any information about whether they are eligible for early entry. We went last April and were allowed on Minions during EE by the ride attendant, but I'm not sure if we were technically allowed to be. Has anyone else had a similar experience? We were going to try for Hagrids on our next trip but don't want to show up that early only to be told we're not eligible. Thanks!
