Hey, I do not know whether you folks read my other post on this site a couple of weeks ago, but I am still waiting for my $50 giftcertificate that I cashed out way back in October, I email, nonone ever replies to my email, I have phoned them but the line is always not available, so I just wonder what is happening.

In the past they were quite good at mailing my giftcertificates. I think I will stop clicking on this site, so will my family members.

for letting us know your experience. When I cashed out it took a VERY VERY VERY long time, and I really wish that I had kept those emails to tell you exactly how long. It definitely took months, though, so don't lose hope.

Does anyone have any ideas about how to go about reporting this, or am I just totally naive, and there isn't really anything that you can do?

Milesource is my least favorite site to do and I only do it when I have time...I don't make time for it...I only have a couple hundred points to go before I can cash out and as soon as I do, I am leaving this program! It takes too long to get redemptions and just isn't worth my time anymore...
