I bailed out of Milesource a few weeks ago but I had cashed out a while back. I decided just to check if anything had happened with that. Well low and behold I got a confirmation number but no redemption certificate yet. Then I decided to e-mail them a note about how my original cash out was for a Krispee Kreme GC and now thats gone and no thank you I don't want a baseball cap!
I submitted my letter and some other costumers e-mail letter popped up with all her personal ID and a not so nice e-mail with a host of complaints! Hee Hee! So much for the privacy act ! I do have a quick question.........can I cash out for a GC in the lower catagory if thats the only thing I can use? I know I'd be losing points but I'd rather have something I could use(OK .........eat
