milesource shorting Jumbo Get Points

After not seeing my account increasing at a level I thought it should, I decided to audit my Milesource account. I found many Jumbo point programs unrewarded (maybe their running very late) but more importantly I found 2 had shorted me points. Signing up for EZsweeps and Myfree.com were each suppose to provide 25 points. They had processed but each only provided me with 15 points. You may want to closely audit your own accounts to see if you are getting all the points you are suppose to. I have sent off an email asking when I can expect to see the balance of the points owed.

That is why I stopped doing Jumbo Gets. I'd only get credit half of the time. Good luck getting your points.

I have had the same problem. I applied for & received one of the credit cards in April. I have yet to get the promised 1500 points. I e-mailed them & they said they would investigate it, but I have yet to hear back from them. This is such a shame! I have also noticed that a number of other smaller Jumbo gets have never been credited to my account. No more Jumbo gets for me until the errors are resolved.

That is why I never do jumbo gets through milesource anymore! When they would credit me with points, it was never the correct amount. My brother applied for a discover card through their jumbo gets and it was all messed up. Discover called him to verify his information, well they called MY house. All of the information that they had was MY information. My address, phone number everything. Now he does live next door to me, but it all just didn't add up right. And of course, it looked like he had lied on the application about all of that information. He told them to forget it, he would re-send his information through the mail. It was a horrible mess!

thanks for the warning...I am new and naive (too trusting.) I was surprised that they would short me so I set up a whole account (like a check book) last night (took several hours) detailing points I am expecting so that I can "balance" once a month and complain if the points dont come. At least I will give it a try and see where it takes me. By the way....what does DM slush stand for? Is it initials and slush or is it a disney thing?

M is the initial of my middle name
Slush is part of my last name.

I was to lazy to try to come up with a disney name LOL!

faithful - the check book type register thing sounds like a good idea. I think I'll try that. Thanks for the idea!
