milesource redemption

Is milesource taking a very long time to send out their redemptions. I ordered movie tickets before christmas and still have not received them. Was wondering if it is worth it to keep building up miles if they don't send out what you order.

I've been a member of milesource for more than 2yrs now. I'm happy to say that I've ALWAYS received my gc's........but it has taken a long time for all of them. I've always had to email them over and over again. Dh cashed out over a month ago and still hasn't heard anything from milesource (no confirmation email). Have you tried to email them since before Christmas? I'm starting to wonder if it's worth continuing too. I'm still clicking for now, but if dh doesn't hear anything soon, I may give up on this one too. Let us know if you hear anything. Good luck!

Hi - I just cashed out at Milesource for the first time.I requested a $50. gc on Sunday and rec'd an e-mail on Monday! I was very surprised because I've read they are not prompt on sending out rewards. Let's wait and see if they send the gc as quickly as the e-mail!!! I'll post as soon as I hear anything else from them. Good luck to all of us!!
