Milesource Points for Ovestock Purchase

I made 2 purchases with Overstock.com through Milesource in October. I never got credit for my purchases. I have been sending e-mails weekly to Milesource. Today I finally received their standard e-mail saying--

Thanks for your email. Unfortunately, there are no records of this
particular purchase under your account as we've checked our MileMall files.
We are not able to credit this request due to the above reason.

Our technicians will reseach this matter by double-checking our records and
files. Thank you for your interest in Milesource.com!

Is there anything I can do? This is my first and last purchase through them!!

You can send them a copy of your confirmation email from Overstock if you still have it. I have always had to do this when ordering through Milesource or MyPoints.
