milesource cash in help

I have enough points at milesource to cash in for a Wendy's Cert. I can not figure out how to do this!! When I try to order it the site asks me to enter a certificate number for payment. how do I get this number and or Certificate? Thanks in advance for your help!

When you go to the redemption page, click on Milesource award center. Then you have to click on the amount of reward certificate you want. They will send you an e-mail with the certificate number. I don't know how long this takes for the award certificates; I usually order crate and barrel gift certificates, and I am still waiting for one I ordered in April!

I cashed in in April and (after a couple of emails to Milesource) finally received my certs at the end of June.

Georgina, have you emailed them? If not, I would.

georgina, thanks I'll try this again! I did what they asked but it didn't look like it worked my miles never changed!
