I posted about this on the Community Board, but it might be helpful here too.
My DD found a newish podcast about credit card and loyalty program miles and points that has some good information. It's called "She Made Points" and it's by a young woman who has written for The Points Guy and Business Insider.
One of the podcasts is an interview with a senior editor of The Points Guy and covers various aspects of loyalty programs.
Another is an interview with an editor from Business Insider about the basics of using credit cards. That program, in particular, is great basic info for anyone who is new to points/miles systems or credit cards generally -- like my own DD going away to college with her own credit card for the first time.
I'm not posting a link, but you can Google "She Made Points," or look for it on Spotify. Good stuff.
