Miles and money

I have enough miles to do miles and money for our next Orlando trip, was looking on the calender and the only dates available from Manchester in November was for flying/returning on a Friday - is this always the case?

Gatwick seems a lot more flexible with dates showing mom-fri for nov 2010.

Just trying to price up for December 2010!

I was looking for flights from Manchester for the 3rd - 13th Nov (have booked POFQ for those dates), but were coming up at £1649. for myself DH and DS aged 3, could not justify that, so played about with miles and money, and booked flights on boxing day for the 28th Oct (thurs) to the 13th Nov (sat) for £1200.10 for the 3 of us. Was going to just have a 10 night hol onsite, use the magical express etc so wewouldn't need a car, but have now altered our plans and have booked a car (also through VA) for the first 6 nights (up to going to POFQ) for £140.00 inc gold ins, and have booked a room for the 3 of us for 6 nights at the Comfort Inn, Lake Buena Vista inc breakfast for £159
So we are having an extra 6 nights on our hol for £150ish cheaper than it would've cost,

Sorry got a bit carried away there, am v excited now as i can have a couple of days to get body clock right and some relaxing done before going onsite.
