Doesn't look very ghetto to me - the neighborhood or the Mickey.

I think whoever did that Mickey did a really nice job on it.

Somehow, with the red pants, white vest & yellow bowtie, I don't think gangsta is what he was going for!

That's probably because you can't identify some of the markers. It's ghetto, believe me. Ghetto is a state of mind more than it is a location. I live in this city, that neighborhood and most of the people in it are ghetto. Most of our "traditional" ghettos have been demolished, but the people remain. I am from the ghetto, I know. My use of that term was more about the situation than the character.
