Unfortunately, DH and I had tickets on Midway. It clearly states on their website that all passengers are entitled to a refund if they want it. I put in for a refund the day after they closed and have not heard anything since. Does anyone know how long I should wait before contacting them again? I know I should expect some wait time, I'm just nervous I won't get a refund at all if I don't bug them. Yet I don't want to be a pest.
