Midnight Check-In at Wyndham Bonnet Creek

Have any of you checked into W.B.C. late at night? When talking with Vacation Strategies the other day he cautioned us with such a late check-in time. Said he has had past guests with a late arrival get there only to find their reservation cancelled for a "no show". He said we would need to be sure to call the front desk during the day of our arrival to remind them of our late check-in.

I tried to call today to inquire about their late arrival policy but after holding for 20 minutes to talk to someone at the front desk I had to hang up. I'm worried about not getting thru on our day of arrival to remind them and arrive to find our room cancelled.

Our only flight options are a 10:45 p.m. arrival or 11:45 p.m. arrival. Thought about staying somewhere else the first nite but don't like the idea of moving twice.

I see several people have hit on the thread but nobody has responded. LOL

What dates are you looking at?

Just make sure you call that day to let them know you will be late check in with the approx time you are arriving at the resort. When I called the resort to confirm our reservation was in, they answered right away and the person who answered the phone at the resort put our request in the system.

We won't get there until 9ish, so I am going to call them to let them know we will be there later.

Now when I am at the resort and have had to call the desk......they do not pick up quickly that is for sure, but whatever I called about was always handled quickly.....

We will be heading there on Friday! Our flight doesn't land until 10:30pm and we still have to pick up our rental and such but I did call Bonnet Creek not once but three times! Yes, I am anal,
I repeated myself twice each time just to make sure that my room request was in the system as well as the late check in. Each time they've answered the phone almost immediately. I think that as long as you call and let them know beforehand you should be ok
