We have always had dinner at the late seating time frame and honestly was NOT even able to eat anymore later. But, we have noticed outside the clubs there was snacks, and tidbits to eat.alexandrew said:DCL does not have traditional midnight buffets as favored by cruise passengers of yore....the closest thing is a late buffet on Pirate Night....nevertheless, there is always opportunity to find goodies onboard...24-hr room service offers great snacking.....

That is one of the few things we didn't like on Disney, we always have late seating, then go to the show, and then about 1 am go for a snack. Disney does the shows BEFORE late seating dinner, and only has a midnight buffet two nights.

We love to hang out at the coffee bar for some tea or coffee, then stroll the deck when there's hardly anyone around. It's like having the entire ship to yourself for a little while....
