Mid-Stay Car Rental

Are there any car rental pick-up/drop-off locations on the WDW property? We are flying into MCO and using ME, but want a rental car for a couple of days mid-stay to visit friends in Tampa.

Is this possible without going back to MCO or taking a taxi to another car rental location?

You can rent from Alamo or National at the Dolphin or the Car Care Center near the MK.
