Mid Sept crowds

Sorry for all the questions. We had planned to go back to WDW but then changed our plans and now planning a trip to France

We are very experienced with WDW, trip planning, crowd expectations on TGM or Touringplans.

Is there a good crowd expectations guide or what should I expect for mid Sept?
Also, how many days should we schedule for DLP? Our main trip is mostly very touristy, castles, arts, etc. DLP is more of diversion for us.

I've never been then, but I think mid-September should be relatively quiet during the week, it will still be fairly busy at the weekend.
As to how many days, that's a difficult one, everyone is different, but I would say personally that 3 nights is a good length of stay to get everything done and see shows etc.
