We are planning our trip for 2015

Normally I have gone in January and February
But with the new job I won't have vacation time till April
So we are looking at going mid April to mid May
Is there any advice for this time of year

We will be booking at my home resort okw but hoping to change to either blt or akl

Keep in mind Easter is April 20th this year so a lot of schools have spring break around that time!

One of our favorite times at WDW. You will be past the Easter crowds, the weather is perfect, and the Flower & Garden Show will be at Epcot. If you have only travelled during the winter, you probably have not done the waterparks and they really are worth a visit.

The only possible negative is the love bugs that swarm around this time. They really are no big deal though.

Enjoy and ask any questions!

We are planning for mid - April 2015. I can't speak from experience (first time to WDW since I was a kid), but Easter is in very early April in 2015 so I am hoping the crowds thin out by mid month (at least somewhat). I am subscribing though to see what people think.

We use to only be able to go during Spring Break, but when we went almost 2 years ago we went in May. We went at the end of May ( May 22) and it didn't start getting crowded until Memorial Day Weekend. Still much less crowds than we had ever seen. This year we're going May 13, so it should be good. :)

First week in May. Spring breaks are over and schools are not out yet. Also, for the most part, it's warm enough to swim.

We only go in late April/early May when Easter falls early, as it does next year. In your window, I think that the crowds will likely be at their lowest the last week of April or first week of May. Crowds will be moderate to low. Weather is warm, but not "summer" hot/humid.

We love that time of year in WDW. :goodvibes
