Microsoft to replace AT&T at SE?; Innoventions losing sponsors?

My understanding was that WS would become free for locals in the evening, but outside visitors would still pay to get in via park hopper, etc.

I don't really see the room for Epcot's expansion to the point that it could exist on its own as a whole day attraction. Although, because of the size of the park, I wonder if Disney execs agree with me.
