Does anyone know whether the construction on the station is finished? As far as I know, it was scheduled to re-open on 6-25.

It is open. It opened on Friday June 25... 
There are still some kinks being worked out (like the concrete is two different colors) but it is all stuff that can be worked on overnight... the trains are in full service again.
