Mickey's Philharmonic when does it open???

I haven't seen anything on Mickey's Philharmonic opening to general public. Has it happened yet?? I know they've done a few "test" shows with audiences. Will it be a fast pass??

Oct 9th is the date that is sticking out to me. I could be mistaken but I know that mid-October is when it is scheduled to open and yes it will be a FP
