Does anyone know if the rides are open and business is as normal or doesn anything special go on.

Yes, the rides are open and some restaurants are open but you do need special MHT tickets to get in....

I read also that the carnival activities along the boardwalk would be open. This was closed during our last trip (a year ago) and I believe will be closed during the daytime hours, so I'm excited to see it all lit up and running during MHT.

They are free too! So you can play the games, and you win candy!

I had remembered some of the rides being closed last year too but it sounds like things are geared up more this year!

I didn't realize the games were free too - thanks for the info, maybe my daughter will be old enough/interested enough to play this time too!!!

Does anyone know if the side entrance at GCH will be open for MHT, or just the main entrance?

No kidding! We are staying at the PPH, and it would be nice to be able to use the side entrance -- not to mention access to Whitewater Snacks!

I was wondering (and hoping) the same thing myself. I guess we'll be in with the teeming masses at the main entrance. Darn!
