Mickey's Halloween Treat for General Public?

Has anyone heard when tickets for MHT are going to be released to the general public? I know I bought them on 4th of July last year so I was expecting them to be for sale by now.

I was told by a CM that they would be released to the GP on August 1st. I'm waiting as well.

They are available for AP holders through July 31, so I would expect for them to be released to the general public on or about August 1.
