I know I'm pretty early with this question, but I'm thinking about it now, so I thought I'd ask. :) How early can you get into the park with a MNSSHP ticket? I was thinking about forgoing the regular park-hopper ticket that day and just lounging around the pool. Is that possible? I've got little ones, 5 and will be 18 mo. so they won't be able to go to the park all day and stay up all night. I know we won't stay really late, so I thought the earlier we could get there the better.

I believe its 4PM. We went this last Oct with a 4 yr old and 4 month old. We stayed for the 1st parade and then left before the fireworks. It was a little later than our normal schedule. The baby was sleeping in the stroller.

I thought it was fantastic..My DD loved the parade. The song gets stuck in your head but its really cute. We'll be going back this year.

Yup - 4:00. It's a great party...I actually liked it better than the Christmas Party.
I know what DISNEYFOS means about the Boo to You music. I actually broke down and bought the CD last trip, which was in December. My son and I spent they holidays listening to Disney Halloween music. My husband thinks we're nuts!

That was our exact strategy last year and will be the same again.. We lounged for the day, then an early dinner (last year at Boma, we stayed at AKL) It was a great party, the kids loved it, and they had enough candy to keep them hyped up the whole trip!

Oh no! I didn't realize they had a CD. I'll be picking that up this year!!...We still spontaneously break out in song to Boo to You and its February :rotfl:

What is the time of the first parade?

I'm trying to figure out if my DS1 (3years 9 months in Sept) will be able to stay up long enough. If you can get in a 4 it might be worth it after all. TIA.

All ears .net has a good write up of the event...1st parade starts in frontierland at 8:15PM We left after the parade but right before the fireworks.

A little past their normal bedtime..but my DD 4 handled it well...

we just did halloween and we LOVED IT!!!! we got in at 5 but we were late with our tickets. also the headless horseman rides out first which is awesome!
