Being that this party on Oct. 28 is on a Thursday night ...how crowded do you think it will be? If it is a sell out crowd is it still workable getting candy and a few rides? My family likes to get up early and hit the parks hard so we don't have to wait in many long lines. Is it anything like going to the Spectromagic parade? Thanks

We attended the Oct. 8th MNSSHP and it was also a sell out. A CM told us that 19,000 would be there. I have also heard the 22,000 number. We did not think it was bad at all. We had no wait longer than 10 minutes, and walked on many rides. We also got to ride multiple times on several rides. Avoid lines right after the parade though. We walked on Thunder Mountain 2 times during the parade, and then noticed a 15 minute wait posted right after the parade. We arrived at 430 walked right in, and had done 7 rides and dinner by 7. Fantasyland got easier and easier to ride the closer it got to 6. I would try to get on the rides as others are clearing out from the day. The candy lines where about 1 min or less. The character lines where probably the longest waits. Others have reported large wait times and crowds, but we thought it was great, and rode every ride in the park while we where there. Sounds much better than recent reports of heavy Crowds over Columbus week.
