I was reading about this dinner show and it sounds really fun, but I was wondering if my kids are to old for it. They are 15,14 and 9 yo triplets.
I was reading UoG last night and it said they had hamburgers, but when I went to allears and they did not have burgers listed. Can someone help with that? Are there burgers or not?

My friend just came back last week and went to Mickey's BBQ..she was not impressed! actually she didn't like it. The food was not good..the food they offered was~

BBQ Chicken..the only thing they liked
spareribs
Hamburgers..no one liked them
Hotdogs
Mac and Cheese
beans
corn on the cob
potato salad
cole slaw
watermelon
Ice cream
Beer and wine were included (bud light) it made it better :rotfl:

The characters~ Chip and Dale, Mickey and Minnie and Goofy

They ended up leaving early because it was chaotic...not worth 2 TS..:)

Thanks for posting about your friends experience. I finally got the search to work for me and a majority of the posts were negative. Someone said it was a bunch of drunk adults trampling kids and someone else said they thought Mickeys BBQ was started as an overflow for those who could not get ressies for HDDR. I think I'll skip it and keep my Spoodles and 1900 Park Fare ressies.

I agree with your decision...Mickey's BBQ has had a lot of negative reviews..my friend did say it was chaotic and the food not being good was the cherry on the cake! Spoodles and 1900 Park Fare are great choices! Enjoy!..I was actually upset when I couldn't get an ADR at Mickey's BBQ for this August and choose the HDDR instead! How happy am I now!!! ;)

you might want to consider Hoop Dee Doo- corny show but my kids 16, 11, 13 seemed to enjoy it. Food was good.

I agree!! HDD is much better for kids those ages (any one really, except young kids). I had a teen who had seen every dinner show: MBQQ, HDD, and the SOA, and HDD is his favorite. I like HDD better too!
