Can I make the reservation at 180+10 days or just at 180 days? We are staying at one of the Disney resorts (POR). Can you make it online or can you only do it by phone?

Can't answer the first question as we don't stay onsite, but I can answer the second question. I made my reservation online. Easy peasy.

As a Disney Resort Guest, you can begin to make dining reservations at 180 days from arrival for the first 10 days of your stay.

Now the issue is if the on-line reservation system will actually let you make dining reservations past your 180 day mark or not. Some can, some can not.
