Mickey's backyard BBQ questions

So we will be in WDW in 12 days and we are adding a few meals to our schedule. We are contemplating Mickey's BBQ but are hesitant. Last year we went to Trails End but we were staying at the CR so it was an easy boat ride. This year we are staying offsite and our 2.5 year old is in a wheelchair or stroller depending on the day. So transportation would be a bit of a headache. I guess my main question is what are they chances you think it will sell out between May 18-28th? Or if we do book a dinner show early, can you cancel and get a refund or are we better off waiting until we know we are going and then book it? Any other thoughts or experiences of the dinner/show are welcome. Thanks!

There is a one day cancellation rule. This one is a pre-pay and you will be charged full price if you do not cancel more than 1 day in advance.

I would go ahead and book it but be sure to cancel 24 hours in advance if I were not going to attend. You get a full refund if you cancel 1 day in advance.
