Mickeys Backyard BBQ and NUT Allergy?

Hello All,

Im trying to plan our first night, I was originally going to try adn squeeze Epcot into our trip but i think it can wait until next time ?????

Anyways if we bale on Epcot do you know if Mickeys Backyard BBQ would be safe for my DD with tree nut allergy?
I know at many buffets the chef will accomadate our requests but i wondered how it would be here at the BBQ?


Any ideas or should we squeeze in Epcot and see what we have time for.

i have two thoughts (and a son w/tree nut and peanut allergies!)... the first is to head over to the disabilities board where they might have an answer to your question... the second would be to call disney dining and ask to speak w/the chef... they can tell you definitely what the fare is!

I would call them too.

I am leaving in a little less then a month (my ds has dairy/peanut/treenut/some beef & some egg allergies) so I started to make my calls a few days ago.

I only called the MK & Epcot 'hotline' & only the girl from Epcot called me back, the girl from MK emailed me (well so did the girl from Epcot). But she emailed me some basic stuff & was able to answer some questions I had.

She also said she'd look up my phone number for all the PS/ADR that I had made as well as the Poly & email them for me with all the info.
