MickeyBand Locks?

On Disney cruises they have locks for the MickeyBands for the kids in the kids clubs. The locks prevent the MickeyBands from coming off accidentally and/or intentionally (by a kid, for instance). They have two colours, one of which indicates the child has a medical or behaviour note on file.

What are the chances of these becoming available in the parks? I hear some parents note that their kids try to take off the MickeyBands. As an adult prone to losing things, I would be interested in a locking device too, for peace of mind. (Hey, I don't want to be locked out of my room if it is raining out or get to the park to find I lost it on the bus.)

Has anyone heard of this for the parks yet?

We were there 10/31-11/4 and we got some for our MB's. It's a glow in the dark clip that says 2013 on it. They were out at our resort so we walked over to the beach club and they had them. I have not seen or heard of different colored ones like the ones you are describing. Sent from my iPhone using DISBoards

The ones I am referring to look like this:
