mickey waffles - food allergies

We are heading to WDW in 11 days. DS4 has a milk allergy. We already notified WDW of our arrival and ADRs to accomadate the allergy.

We do not have a Breakfast ADR set but looking to get the DC mickey waffles for breakfast some morning. We are staying AKV 2 brdm and plan on breakfast in the villa for the vacation. I know Mara @ AKL has mickey waffles but will they be able to accomadate the alleregy??? When DS was younger we ate at tusker house and they made the waffles special for him. Thinking maybe we should do an ADR for breakfast to make sure DS4 can have them

Has anyone had any experience in this??

My niece is lactose intollerant. She had Mickey waffles at the Pop food court. I'm sure if your resort knows about his allergy they will have the ingredients to make him some.

You can contact Special Diets and fill out an ADR form with all of your ADR's so they know ahead of time what he can't have.

I email disney dining--special diets. they say that the counter service would be able to make him waffles!

We already sent in our form with all of our ADRS for dining. The waffles were a last minute thought. Now to decide whether to make it a counter service or table service??

Every resort we've stayed at has been able to make milk (and other stuff) free Mickey waffles at their CS location. To date we've had them at Pop, POFQ, CBR, SSR and Poly. I'm pretty sure all resort CS locations can make them. Note that they'll likely be gluten free as well since they tend to use a single waffle press for all allergy waffles and they won't risk cross contamination.
