Mickey Waffles at WL

I just booked the WL and was checking the menus on Deb Will's site. Is it true there are no Mickey Waffles to be found at either Roaring Forks or Whispering Canyon?

Mickey waffles are my staple, what starts my day Disney when I am at Disney!

Can anyone confirm or (please) deny the absence of Mickey Waffles at WL?

We were just there last week. Roaring Forks has no waffles at all. WCC does have waffles, but as I remember they're in the shape of acorns. Sorry

Yup, that's true. My son thinks about Mickey waffles all the time until our trips and then can't wait for breakfast. We were so surprised ( and he was so saddened) to find no Mickey waffles at WL!

They have Mickey waffles at Fort Wilderness - the Trail's End breakfast buffet at the campground (yummy and a great deal @ $11.99/adult last we were there). You can take a quick boat ride to the campground from WL. Or there's a trail (about a mile) between WL and FW if you'd want to walk.

We got the breakfast skillet at WCC when were there last month and it had Mickey Waffles on it. Some were football shaped, (or maybe they were supposed to be acorns??) and some were Mickey shaped.

Any other suggestions as to where to get them other than FW that does not require a sit down meal?
