Gingerbread cookies with chocolate-dipped mouse ears and chocolate buttons are a hot item. Delicious!
You can usually find full-sized Mickey waffles at Storytellers Cafe (on the menu, not at the buffet), and at Steakhouse 55 in the Disneyland Hotel. Carnation Cafe may or may not still have the full-sized waffles (I haven't been there in a while).
The character meals (most of them) offer the miniature Mickey-shaped waffles.
Also, sometimes you can find unexpected Mickey-shaped foods, like certain desserts that are lesser-known in sit-down restaurants.
I could swear that I have seen people eating and walking past me with Mickey-shaped foods that I'd never even heard of or known about. They could have been seasonal or maybe they are year-round, but I have a feeling that there are quite a few Mickey-shaped things lurking in the different eating establishments that have not been widely publicized yet.
